Dwight v. Raffensperger
The National Redistricting Foundation supported plaintiffs in a legal challenge to Georgia’s state House map, alleging that the map violates Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act because it failed to include one additional majority-minority district in the Atlanta metropolitan region. On April 13, 2020, the parties filed a joint stipulation of dismissal, which the court granted.
