Kravitz v. U.S. Department of Commerce (closed)

The NRF is supporting a lawsuit challenging the Trump Administration’s addition of a citizenship question to the 2020 Census questionnaire. The complaint, filed on behalf of a group of individuals from multiple states, alleges that the inclusion of a citizenship question violates the Census Clause of the Constitution and the Administrative Procedure Act. A trial is scheduled to begin on January 22, 2019.
