On March 11, 2022, NRF-supported plaintiffs filed a complaint and request for injunctive relief against the then-current congressional map for malapportioned districts, given the diminishing prospects of the political branches timely adopting a new congressional deadline. However, with the Florida enacting a new map on April 11, 2022, the plaintiffs voluntarily dropped this suit.
